Our Mission

GetBack exists to democratize access to class action settlements and create a more equitable legal system for consumers. We're on a mission to fix the broken class action space by focusing on two key areas:

  • Discovery: Making it easier to find class action settlements you're eligible for
  • Community: Building a space where consumers can connect, share experiences, and take collective action

We believe that when corporations engage in unfair practices, the people affected deserve to know about their rights and potential compensation. The current system is designed to be complex and opaque, discouraging participation. We're changing that by bringing transparency and accessibility to the process.

Why It's Personal to Us

One of our founders experienced this firsthand. After discovering he was eligible for a class-action settlement, he faced years of legal hurdles, paperwork, and delays. Serving as the lead plaintiff, he fought for others in the same position.

This experience highlighted how broken the system is. Most people never even learn about settlements they're eligible for, and those who do often find the process too complex to navigate.

We've seen how the current class action system fails the very people it's meant to protect. Settlement notices are often buried in spam folders or written in dense legal language. Many eligible consumers never even discover that they have a right to compensation.
